Reviews and Ratings
The resort is located at the southern tip of Langkawi, offering stunning views of the Andaman Sea. While the room was spacious and comfortable, there were a few maintenance issues that detracted from the experience. The dining options provided a decent breakfast selection, but service could be a bit slow, especially with clearing utensils. The overall value for money was decent, but some amenities could use an upgrade.
I stayed here while returning from Koh Lipe, and it was just okay for a quick overnight. The rooms were pretty basic and not what I expected for a relaxing holiday. The dining options were limited and didn't impress me. However, I appreciated the quick check-in and the friendly staff, but the overall experience felt like it could use some improvements.
I was truly mesmerized by Resorts World Langkawi from the moment I arrived. The newly renovated hotel features an incredible infinity pool with stunning ocean views. The breakfast spread is huge and definitely worth opting for. However, it’s essential to arrange your own taxi for the airport as the hotel transport can be quite pricey. The location is a bit remote, which actually makes it feel special, as you get to enjoy uninterrupted views of the sea.
My stay at the hotel was far from ideal. The location is somewhat secluded, which was manageable with a rental car, but the room experience was troubling with an unexpected presence of a rat. While the breakfast options were quite decent, the evening entertainment was limited due to a closed bar. The infinity pool was enjoyable but small, and the service could use some improvement, particularly in how they handled my concerns regarding the rodent incident.
I spent four nights at the hotel, and while the resort offered stunning views and a spacious room, my experience was marred by cleanliness issues and some maintenance problems. The location is beautiful, but it's a bit isolated with limited dining options nearby. Overall, while there were enjoyable moments, the inconveniences detracted from my stay.
